    Natively hailing from Bakhtiyarpur, a small town in Patna district, Mr Ashok Kumar was a recipient of Bihar State Rural Scholarship award during his high school years. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from BIT Mesra (Ranchi) in 1984. After giving his service to first Orissa government and then to Bihar government, spanning over more than 3 decades, in different capacities at different locations, he recently retired from government service. An engineer at heart, Mr Kumar has a knack for trying new learnings.
