Natively hailing from Bakhtiyarpur, a small town in Patna district, Mr Ashok Kumar was a recipient of Bihar State Rural Scholarship award during his high school years. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from BIT Mesra (Ranchi) in 1984. After giving his service to first Orissa government and then to Bihar government, spanning over more than 3 decades, in different capacities at different locations, he recently retired from government service. An engineer at heart, Mr Kumar has a knack for trying new learnings.

Mr Shivi Sudarshan is from Muzaffarpur. He graduated in Computer Application and then worked with media channels like ETV, Sahara, News 24, and Rajya Sabha TV. After a long career in media, he decided to pursue his entrepreneurial stinct and currently working as an event and wedding planner in Bihar. Mr Sudarshan is actively engaged in implementing some of the development programs in Muzaffarpur region.
